CiTEX Group Highlights the Future of Extrusion

(Kopie 4)

At this year’s K 2025 trade fair in Düsseldorf, the subsidiaries iNOEX, iBA, PiXARGUS, and iDOO of the CiTEX Group demonstrated how plastics extrusion is evolving: toward smarter, interconnected, and more sustainable systems.

The group’s central concept, "360° Extrusion", became more than a guiding theme – it served as a real-world demonstration of how intelligent networking between sensors, data, process engineering, and automation is already shaping the future of extrusion.

“We no longer see extrusion as a sequence of isolated process steps – it’s a connected system, where each element contributes to the overall result,” said Dr. Ralph Klose, Co-CEO of the CiTEX Group.

iNOEX: Intelligent Process Control in Action

iNOEX showcased how data-driven regulation and AI-supported quality assurance are becoming integral parts of extrusion lines. A standout was the world premiere of the WARP 125, a compact radar system for PVC pipe extrusion. Other highlights included the modular DOS X dosing system and the SAVEOMAT P+ powder scale for the PVC market.

Beyond individual technologies, the key takeaway was iNOEX’s ability to provide real-time, closed-loop process control – enabling both material savings and improved product quality.

iBA: Practical, Sustainable Extrusion

iBA focused on innovations in PE-Xa pipe production, demonstrating how efficient processes can go hand-in-hand with material and energy savings. The systems on display offered not only high-precision output but also strong process stability, making them a compelling choice for future-ready extrusion operations.

iDOO: Digitalization with Purpose

As the group’s corporate startup, iDOO brought a software-driven dimension to the CiTEX ecosystem. With practical digital solutions ranging from process analytics to intelligent assistants, iDOO addressed some of the industry’s most pressing challenges – from productivity optimization to cybersecurity.

The feedback from visitors was clear: the demand for usable, secure, and scalable digital tools in extrusion is higher than ever.
“The willingness to adopt digital solutions is clearly there – what matters is that they are secure, practical, and ready to deploy,” Dr. Klose said during a conversation with visitors.

PiXARGUS: Inline Quality Control at its Best

PiXARGUS impressed with its solutions for automated, inline surface and dimension inspection. Among the highlights were AllRounDia DualVision, a compact 360° inspection system, and various configurations of the ProfilControl 7 platform for both plastic and rubber profiles.

Visitors especially appreciated the systems’ ability to deliver high-precision quality control with minimal footprint – ideal for highly automated and space-constrained production environments.

A Strong Message from the CiTEX Group
For the CiTEX Group, K 2025 proved to be a success on multiple levels. Beyond showcasing individual innovations, the group communicated a clear vision: holistic, data-enabled extrusion is not a concept of the future – it’s happening now.

The response from the industry underscored the relevance of this integrated approach.
