In March 2025, the new Berufsorientierungszentrum (BOZ) in Melle was officially inaugurated. This innovative Career Orientation Center provides students with a hands-on opportunity to explore a variety of professions and gain practical experience in preparation for their future careers.
We are proud to be an active participant in this initiative and will regularly have a presence in the "Electro, Energy" experience area, where our apprentices and trainers will engage with students.
At our stand, students will have the chance to take part in a wiring exercise, offering them valuable insights into the profession of Industrial Electronics Technician.
The opening event was a resounding success, with several hundred guests from politics, local government, educational institutions, and participating companies coming together to explore the various experience zones.
We look forward to engaging and inspiring the next generation of talent for both the industry and our company.
