This transition strengthens the Group's long-term vision of delivering an integrated ecosystem that combines precision measurement, inspection technology, artificial intelligence, and Industrial Intelligence solutions.

Strategic Appointments in North America
To support the continued expansion of its digital manufacturing strategy, CiTEX has appointed Adam M. Grier as President of iDOO USA, LLC. Grier brings more than 15 years of executive leadership experience in the plastics industry and has successfully led iNOEX, LLC for the past eight years. During his tenure, iNOEX significantly expanded its North American market presence. Grier will also join the Board of Directors of iNOEX LLC, ensuring strategic continuity across the CiTEX Group.
Succeeding Grier as President of iNOEX LLC is Peter Zut, a respected executive with more than 40 years of leadership experience in the plastics and extrusion industries. Most recently Vice President of Extrusion Sales and Service at KraussMaffei Corporation, Zut brings extensive technical expertise, commercial leadership, and deep industry relationships to support the continued growth of iNOEX.
