iNOEX launches new WARP 125 radar measurement system
Our subsidiary iNOEX is expanding its portfolio for pipe extrusion. With the official market launch of the WARP 125 radar measurement system, the company offers an economical entry into modern radar technology. Following its successful debut at the K trade fair in Düsseldorf, the system is now available worldwide.
Economical inline measurement technology for pipe production
The WARP 125 is a compact radar measurement system designed for mono and dual-strand extrusion lines. It measures wall thickness distribution, inner and outer diameter, ovality, and eccentricity accurately and reliably. With an innovative eight-point measurement around the pipe circumference, the system covers a measuring range from 25 to 125 mm outer diameter. It measures wall thicknesses starting from 2 mm.
Its compact design allows easy integration into existing production lines, even in tight spaces. Operators control the system via the intuitive WebIQ software on a modern 21-inch terminal. For dual-strand applications, operators can manage both strands directly from this central interface.
Flexible expansion and easy maintenance
The system is highly adaptable. Customers can expand the WARP 125 with gravimetric dosing, thermal die head centring, and the proven iNOEX control loops. A key practical benefit is that maintenance and adjustments are possible during ongoing production. This prevents downtime and reduces operating costs.
